Mobile

Take your workspace with you on iPhone, iPad, Android, and Mac.

The Wyatt mobile app puts your conversations, tasks, documents, and meetings on the device you already carry. It is not a shrunk-down copy of the web app: it adds things only a phone can do, such as working with no connection, answering chats with an on-device model, and putting your day on your home screen.

What's Different on Mobile

Mobile is built for the things you do away from a desk: reading, replying, capturing, and checking. A few capabilities are deliberately web-only because they involve heavy configuration.

Works on mobileWeb only
Conversations, voice mode, and attachmentsCreating and configuring bots
Tasks and remindersManaging API keys
Editing documents, with comments and redliningSome whiteboard embed types
Reading and annotating PDFs
Whiteboard viewing and editing
Databases, dashboards, and search
Meetings, recordings, and summaries

When something has to happen on the web, the app says so and offers to open the web app rather than failing silently.

Start Here

  1. Get the App — access, sign-in, and your first workspace.
  2. Offline Access — choose what lives on the device and keep working with no signal.
  3. On-Device AI — run conversations locally with Apple Intelligence or Gemma.
  4. Notifications and Briefs — task reminders and your daily brief, delivered by time or by place.
  5. Widgets and Shortcuts — home screen, Lock Screen, Control Center, and Quick Settings.
  6. Share to Wyatt — send text, images, and files from any other app.
  7. Security and Privacy — app lock, screenshot blocking, and managed policies.

Same Workspace, Everywhere

Mobile talks to the same workspace as the web app. Sign in with the same account and you get the same conversations, the same permissions, and the same data. Changes sync both ways, and edits you make with no connection queue up and upload when you reconnect.
