Meetings

Schedule and manage meetings with AI-powered notes, live tips, and automatic summaries.

Overview

Wyatt helps you get more out of every meeting. Connect your calendar, and the AI takes care of the rest -- live summaries, real-time tips during the call, and automatic action items when it is over.

Calendar Integration

Link your calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, or other supported providers) so Wyatt can see your upcoming meetings. Once connected:

  • Your meetings appear in the Wyatt sidebar
  • The AI has context about what you are meeting about and who is attending
  • Post-meeting notes and action items are automatically linked to the right event

AI-Powered Meeting Notes

Live Transcription

During a meeting, Wyatt processes the transcript in real time. As the conversation unfolds, the AI generates:

  • A running summary that updates as the meeting progresses
  • Live tips -- contextual suggestions based on what is being discussed and your workspace data
Tip

Live tips surface relevant information from your workspace while you are in the meeting. For example, if a client name is mentioned, the AI might surface their latest project status or open tasks.

Automatic Summaries

When the meeting ends, the AI produces a structured summary that includes:

  • Key discussion points -- the main topics covered
  • Decisions made -- any conclusions or agreements reached
  • Action items -- tasks that came out of the meeting, with owners when mentioned
  • Follow-ups -- items that need further discussion or attention

The summary is saved as a document in your workspace, linked to the calendar event.

Action Items

Action items extracted from meetings can be turned into tasks with a single click. This keeps your task management up to date without manual data entry.

Each action item captures:

  • What needs to be done
  • Who is responsible (when mentioned in the meeting)
  • Any deadlines or timeframes discussed
Note

Action items are suggestions based on the meeting transcript. You can review, edit, or dismiss them before they become tasks.

Meeting History

All past meetings with notes and summaries are stored in your workspace. You can:

  • Search across all meeting notes using the command palette or AI conversations
  • Reference meeting outcomes in other documents or conversations
  • Share meeting summaries with team members who could not attend
