Share to Wyatt
Send text, images, and files into your workspace from any other app.
Wyatt registers as a share target on iOS and Android, so anything you can share from another app can go into your workspace. Hit the share button in a browser, a mail client, or a photo library, pick Wyatt, and choose what should happen to it.
What You Can Do With a Share
The options Wyatt offers depend on what you shared. Only the actions that make sense for the content appear — sharing plain text does not offer you image analysis.

Supported Content
- Text — selected text, article snippets, notes from other apps.
- Images — screenshots, camera roll photos.
- PDFs and files — documents from Files, Drive, mail attachments, and anywhere else that can share a file.
Sharing While Offline
Shares work with no connection if the workspace has offline access turned on. The upload or task is queued locally and appears in your workspace once you reconnect — you do not have to redo the share.
If offline access is not enabled for the workspace, actions that need the server are unavailable until you are back online.
iOS Extensions
On iOS, Wyatt ships separate extensions so shares are handled without launching the full app:
- Share extension — the actions listed above.
- Upload extension — sending files straight to the workspace.
- Create task extension — capturing a task without leaving what you were doing.
