Notifications and Briefs
Task reminders, daily briefs, and meeting prompts on your phone.
Mobile notifications cover the things that are time-sensitive: work that is coming due, your summary of the day, and meetings you have just joined.
Task Reminders
Tasks with a due date produce reminders as the deadline approaches and after it passes:

Each reminder names the task and how long until — or since — it was due. You can snooze a reminder to be shown again later rather than dismissing it.
Daily Brief
The brief is a summary of your workspace: what happened, what needs you, and what is coming. It arrives twice a day.
- Good morning — Your daily brief is ready. Tap to see your day ahead.
- End of day — Your evening recap is ready. Tap to review your day.
Delivery by Time or by Place
Under Settings > Notifications > Briefs, Brief delivery controls when the brief arrives. You can have it delivered at fixed times — the screen shows Delivered at 8:00 am and 6:00 pm or whichever times you pick — or by location, so the morning brief lands when you arrive at work rather than at a clock time. When location delivery is set up, the setting reads Delivered near {place}.
Location-based delivery needs location permission. If you would rather not grant it, use fixed times instead — the brief itself is identical.
Meeting Prompts
When you join a meeting in another app, Wyatt can offer to record it:
Record this meeting? You joined a meeting in Zoom.
Tapping Record starts the recording, which produces the same transcript and AI summary as a meeting recorded from the web app. See Meetings.
Chat Replies
When the assistant finishes a response while you are elsewhere, Wyatt notifies you so you can come back to the conversation without watching the screen.
Permissions and System Settings
Notification permissions belong to your device, not to Wyatt. The app's notification settings screen includes a link to open your system notification settings, where you control whether Wyatt can notify you at all, and how those notifications appear.
If notifications are not arriving, check there first — a device-level block overrides everything in the app.
Keeping Content Off the Lock Screen
