Current Notion plans, AI costs, and what a 10-person team actually pays — plus a free way to try the same work in Wyatt.
This is a current look at Notion’s published plans as of 14 August 2026. Notion is a strong documents-and-databases product. The point of this page is to make the bill easy to read — especially now that AI lives inside the plan ladder instead of as a bolt-on.

Annual billing is about 17% cheaper than month-to-month. A ten-person Business workspace is $2,400 a year on annual billing, or $2,880 if you pay monthly.
What each plan actually includes
Free is genuinely usable for one person. Blocks are unlimited for a solo workspace and capped once two or more members share it. File uploads stop at 5 MB each. Page history is 7 days. You get 10 guests and one chart. AI is a limited trial, not an ongoing Agent.
Plus ($10 / member billed annually, $12 monthly) is the small-team plan: unlimited collaborative blocks, unlimited file uploads, 30-day history, unlimited guests and charts, custom forms and sites, and basic connections such as Slack and Google Drive. AI is still a limited trial. Moving from Free to Plus does not unlock ongoing Agent access.
Business ($20 / member billed annually, $24 monthly) is the first plan with full Notion AI: Agent, AI meeting notes, and enterprise search across connected apps. It also adds SAML SSO, private teamspaces, granular database permissions, page verification, 90-day history, and premium connections.
Enterprise is custom-quoted. It adds SCIM, audit logs, advanced security controls, unlimited history, a customer success manager, DLP/SIEM connections, and zero data retention with LLM providers.
What Notion AI costs now
The old ~$10 / member Notion AI add-on is gone. Full AI is bundled into Business and Enterprise. Free and Plus share a limited trial — generating docs, autofilling databases, and similar capabilities until the trial runs out.
Two extra AI products sit on top of the seat price:
- Custom Agents are free to try, then $10 per 1,000 monthly Notion credits.
- Workers (beta) are free to try now and start using credits on 15 October 2026.
Credits do not replace the Business seat. A team that wants Agent, meeting notes, and enterprise search still pays Business per member, then may pay credits for Custom Agents and Workers on top.
A 10-person team that wants AI
Say ten people already live in Notion and want the assistant to keep working after the trial.

The jump is not a small AI add-on. It is a doubling of the seat price, because AI is now the line between Plus and Business.
Pay monthly instead and the same ten seats are $120 on Plus or $240 on Business.
Limits that show up after you start
These are the constraints teams hit after the first month, taken from Notion’s plan comparison:
- File uploads: 5 MB on Free; paid plans are unlimited (with a large per-file cap).
- Page history: 7 / 30 / 90 days / unlimited across Free, Plus, Business, Enterprise.
- Guests: 10 on Free; unlimited on paid plans.
- Charts: 1 on Free; unlimited from Plus up.
- Blocks: unlimited for an individual on Free; limited once two or more members share the workspace.
- Custom domain for Sites: $8 / month / domain billed annually, or $10 / month billed monthly.
- Seats: billed for every member. Adding someone is prorated. Removing someone does not refund the rest of the cycle — the seat stays paid until renewal.
None of these are hidden fees in the shady sense. They are easy to miss if you only read the $10 / $20 headline.
Frequently asked questions
How much is Notion per month?
Plus is $10 per member per month billed annually, or $12 billed monthly. Business is $20 annually or $24 monthly. Enterprise is a custom quote. Multiply by the number of members in the workspace.
Is Notion AI included in Plus?
No. Plus includes a limited AI trial. Full Agent, AI meeting notes, and enterprise search start on Business.
Is Notion cheaper than Wyatt?
For documents and databases, Notion’s Free and Plus plans can be enough. If the reason you are looking at pricing is AI — cited answers across the work, tasks next to the docs, meeting notes that become follow-ups — Wyatt is free during beta with no card. There is no Wyatt paid tier to compare yet.
Can I keep using Notion and try Wyatt?
Yes. Paste a Notion link into a Wyatt document and import that page, or connect Notion so search can reach it. You do not have to migrate everything to find out whether the AI side is useful. See Wyatt as a Notion alternative.
If you want the work in one place
Notion is good at pages, databases, and a large template ecosystem. The bill gets harder when AI is the thing you actually wanted: the trial ends, Plus does not refill it, and Business is the first ongoing plan.
